TELI College, BIT was officially established in 2018. It was named after Xu Teli, the old dean of BIT during the Yan'an period. He was an outstanding revolutionary and educator. We are the experimental zone for the BIT's top-notch student’s cultivation, and forms a top-notch innovative talent training model that integrates undergraduate, master, and doctoral degrees, and undertake the important mission of cultivating leading talents. In 2013, in order to further strengthen the cultiviation of top-notch innovative talents, Xuteli School, an honorary school named after the old dean Xu Teli was established.

We adopt the community system and the "3+X" dynamic academic year system to cultivate the top-notch innovative talents.

In September 2018, TELI College was independently established (Merge work in one office with XUTELI School). In July 2019, Teli College joined the “Chinese College Association” as the representative of the College of BIT, marking that the college’s cross-border and interscholastic cooperation have entered a new stage.
