In order to further gather the strength of teachers, optimize the curriculum system, grasp the learning status of students, and improve the cultivation level of top-notch innovative talents, from October 7th to 20th, XUTELI School/School of Future Technologies held a series of symposiums for teachers. The exchange and discussion focused on the college's talent training objectives, students' learning situation, teachers' teaching experience, course content and setting, etc.

The first phase organized a symposium with relevant teachers from the School of Computer Science and the School of Foreign Languages. Teachers such as Shi Shumin and Zhou Qing from the School of Computer Science, Zhang Jie from the School of Mathematics, and Bi Xiaoning from the School of Foreign Languages attended the meeting and discussed the teaching content, form and effect.The second phase organized a symposium with the teachers of the 2021 future technology class. Shui Xiaoping from the School of Astronautics, Wang Wenzhong and Liao Ridong from the School of Mechanical Engineering, and Xie Min and Zhang Yanmei from the School of Integrated Circuits participated in the meeting.

Discussion on academic counselling and other issues.  The third period organized a symposium with the teachers of the 2022-level "Mathematical Analysis I" course, focusing on discussing issues such as small class teaching, classified teaching, and opening of recitation courses, and formed specific plans for the opening of recitation courses and the setting of teaching classes for the next semester.

The follow-up college will normalize the symposium for teachers, gather wisdom and strength to cultivate top-notch innovative talents, deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implement the strategic deployment of "accelerating the construction of a strong country through education, science and technology, and talents", and insist on serving the party.
