During the lockdown management of the COVID-19 epidemic on campus in May, the faculty and staff of the college rushed to the forefront and stayed on the front line for 20 days to guarding the 1,312 students of Teli College  in the Boya Building.

In this epidemic prevention and contro actionl, the backbone of the college represented by student party members and floor leaders actively participated in the epidemic protection work, The college party organization established a temporary party branch in the Boyayuan building, and 161 party members formed eight party groups. The Youth Pioneer Team, the Youth Commando Team, and the Volunteer Service Team actively participated in the prevention and control work, and united and led all the students to fight the epidemic together.
